TTIA eService APP

TTIA e-Service App

Dear TTIA eService Application user,

In July 2017, Microsoft, along with Adobe and its industry technology partners (including Apple, Facebook, Google and Mozilla), announced that Adobe Flash Player will no longer be supported after December 2020.
The decision to end Flash Player support was made by Adobe due to the declining use of the technology and the availability of better and more secure options such as HTML5, WebGL and WebAssembly.

Due to this announcement by Adobe, TTIA has had to make some changes to the e-Service web user interface, which in the past required Adobe Flash in web browsers for users to access the application.
The new e-Service solution consists of a portable application that is not dependent on a web browser and must be installed on all clients that require access to the user interface. You can find the download link below:

App e-Service (.zip) Windows 64 bit

App e-Service (.zip) Windows 32 bit

The download provides the portable application so no installation of the application is required, just unzip the archive and use the single executable file contained in the compressed file. Optionally a desktop link can be created for easy access. Please be sure to follow the application installation instructions so that your system is upgraded and you can continue to use the e-Service application after December 2020.
